To ensure optimal performance, apply our wall decals to an indoor, clean and smooth surface. For example: painted walls, melamine, smooth wood, glass walls and doors. Our wall decal may not adhere effectively to all wall types/paints such as stain-resistant paints, air cleaning paints, textured and wallpapered walls. Some walls may require some prep prior to installation. We would recommend avoiding installing in areas with excessive sun exposure as this may affect the adhesive, or walls prone to grease buildup, or high humidity. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that our decal will remain intact on your surface. If you are unsure if the decal is compatible with your wall type, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

We do not recommend removing and reapplying the decals as this may weaken the adhesive. It is important to note that while we take all necessary precautions, the application and removal of the adhesive may carry minimal risks. We recommend exercising extra caution when removing your decal to minimise any damage that may occur. For proper removal, gently and slowly pull off your decal on an angle. You can use a hair dryer on a low cooler setting to assist in removal. If there is a small amount of adhesive residue left on your surface this should be easy to remove with a damp cloth. To safely store your magnetic wall decal make sure to keep the packing tube and plastic protective sheet. Simply reattach the protective film and roll it up again to transport. It is crucial to note that Display & Create is not responsible for any damage incurred during the application or removal process.

Our wall decals are compatible with most lightweight magnets and magnetic tiles. It's important to note that heavier products are not suitable for use with our flexible iron sheets. It is best to use lighter options for optimal performance.

You can simply wipe the surface using anything from baby wipes, a whiteboard eraser or a damp cloth. For any tough stains, a dry erase cleaner or spray and wipe will do the trick!

We recommend flattening the decal by laying it on a flat surface and using heavy objects such as books to weigh it down before applying it to the desired surface. This is to ensure optimal adherence as our decals are rolled for packaging and may develop some wrinkles or curves.

Our magnetic wall decals are made from high quality eco-friendly, non-toxic materials. They include a surface layer made from matt PET with a unique coating to make a dry-erase surface which is easy to wipe-off and scratch resistant. In the middle is a flexible ferrous sheeting giving our decals their magnetic capability, similar to a traditional whiteboard or chalkboard. Finally, the backing is a self-adhesive so there is no need for any special equipment to apply your decal. Simply peel off the protective plastic film and stick!
